A Content Management System (CMS) is a system used to manage the content of a website, deployed primarily for interactive use of one or more Users.
Meaning, you don’t need web code writing skills to write to your website.
I have personally used a number of CM Systems, at last count.. nine of them. My pick for the lightest, least cumbersome and most easy to use is WordPress - essentially a blogging platform which is very simply adapted to a website style of your choice.
