Because of the intense nature of my work I keep my client base small so that everyone receives individual attention, and receives it within 24 hours.

I have personally used a number of CM Systems, at last count.. nine of them. My pick for the lightest, least cumbersome and most easy to use is WordPress - essentially a blogging platform which is very simply adapted to a website style of your choice.
